Topic: Managing a Business

When faced with challenges, resilience is one of the fundamental skills needed to overcome and adapt to all obstacles, be it in work or in life.

Adopting a mentally agile mindset can help recognize opportunities, navigate the negative, reduce time wasted on worrying as well as increase productivity and build stronger relationships.

This thought provoking and introspective session will help employees, team members, managers and leaders to befriend disruption and gain the skills needed to excel in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment.

Behavioral Outcomes:

  • Resilience is available to all, it is a process and a choice, not a born characteristic. We build our resilience reserves through tough times and our daily life.
  • To respond rather than to react is key when it comes to change. Give time for the mind to move from the emotional to the intellect in order to problem solve and handle tough situations
  • Avoid energy deficits. Refocus incrementally throughout the day.
  • Learn that support and relationship building are fundamental to resilience.
  • Develop an optimistic outlook to help engineer optimistic outcomes
  • Develop a methodology to reduce worry and increase performance
