C-Suite Presentations: Confident Communication (participation required)

C-Suite Presentations teaches participants to be dynamic and confident in their communications with more senior or executive staff/HQ. You will be asked to participate in live activities.

First how can we prepare, even in the moment? By asking ourselves the right questions (for clarity). Then we look at what it takes to be able to speak with gravitas and confidence in front of senior management: Being clear, concise and visual as your word is your business card. Then we look at how we can persuade them, why we need to get a micro commitment and/or giving them options. Finally, we look at how we can handle objections and challenging questions.

Participation Required: Come with an idea, project, or product you’ll present to a senior audience soon. We’ll only be examining a part of that presentation during the session, participants do not need to prepare a slide deck. Slides are not part of this session.
