ChatGPT and Generative AI for Small Businesses

ChatGPT, a ChatBot that creates AI-generated content, is getting a lot of press.

This session will review what Generative AI is, commonly available tools and how small businesses can use them for basic research, to create marketing content and even business plans.

Presenter: Patricia L. Saporito - SCORE Mentor

Pat Saporito is a consultant and expert on data analytics. She is on the advisory board for Stevens Institute of Technology’s Business Intelligence & Analytics Masters Program. She also teaches courses on data and analytics for Stevens as well as other organizations.

As a mentor, she has used Generative AI tools to help SCORE clients and has also shown them how to use them.
